BCC Innovation: somos el Centro Tecnológico en Gastronomía de Basque Culinary Center, que tiene como misión contribuir a la transformación de la cadena de valor de la gastronomía y la alimentación a nivel local y global aportando conocimiento diferencial en el diseño de negocios, productos y servicios y políticas públicas bajo principios de vanguardia culinaria, sostenibilidad y salud, generando desarrollo económico y social.
