The new framework established by Royal Decree 822/2021 established that professionals coming out of universities must be able to lead transformations clearly aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In this paper we present the adaptation of the curriculum carried out in the Computer Engineering degree that has allowed students to learn about and analyze the impact of their work with respect to the SDGs. In each semester of the degree, students carry out a multidisciplinary project following the Project Based Learning (PBL) methodology. Activities have been added to the PBL methodology so that students can design projects with an impact on the SDGs. This initiative has been implemented in the first 3 courses of the degree during the 2021-2022 academic year, involving 149 students that have developed 51 projects. For the evaluation, a questionnaire was used to assess the learning and experience from the students’ perspective. The results of the evaluation and the analysis of the lecturers conclude that students have a better understanding of the SDGs and the projects carried out are clearly aligned with sustainable goals. In addition, authors have identified areas for improvement for the 2022-2023 academic year.
