Resumo
The main objective of this article is to analyze the impact that technological innovation has had on work in general, and the repercussion that new forms of organization, such as teleworking, has had on working time and its control in particular. For this reason, the article studies the mentioned concepts in order to delimit their notion, and subsequently, checks its regulation in the collective agreements in force in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (CAPV).
