Résumé

The work analyses the protection and hindrances face by the social reform in the new regulation, taking in consideration the nowadays situation of the social economy on the basis of the Ner Group case. Alongside the work the Ner style is exposed trough the operation of the different entities within the group. In order to deepen on the study of this new style and explain its practical operation, interviews with several entities managers that run different sectors are reproduced
