Zusammenfassung

This work presents an educational innovation oriented to the improvement of the professional competencies for the employability of the university students, in the degree of business studies of the Mondragon University, within the framework of the European space of higher education. After implementing strategies oriented to the connection with the needs of the business world, in this course has been incorporated in the first guidance plan, an active individual tutoring process, a "bridge to the future" that orients individually towards the development of competencies for employability. The process is based on the joint analysis of the personality in the work and the competencies of the students, triangulating the information obtained with the perspective of different types of informants. The results show the personality characteristics of the group and the differences of perception about the competencies between themselves and the rest of the informants, as well as the need to work specifically on some of them as: Innovation-creativity, vision and networking. These results make it possible, in addition to individual work, to improve the focus of the teaching action and the curriculum.
