Resumen

Industry 4.0 is leading to a completely new level of process automation, thus redefining the role of people and altering current workplaces towards unknown formats. In this context, the operator will continue to be of great importance, so it will be crucial to optimise the interaction between human and machine. As the interface is the main connection between the operator and the machine, the user experience (UX) offered by the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) is presented as a new opportunity for improvement. An essential element in the study of UX is its evaluation, as it enables to identify aspects that need to be improved or maintained in the different interfaces. There are a set of requirements for an adequate UX evaluation in the companies of the industry. The questionnaires, apart from meeting these requirements, they are a widely used tool for the evaluation of the perception of user experience when interacting with an interface. Thus, there are different standardised questionnaires, which can be generic or focus on specific constructs. This document aims to understand the nature of existing UX and usability questionnaires, as well as their evolution over the years. To this end, a Systematic Mapping (SM) study of UX questionnaires is carried out, considering the fields of usability, emotions and appearance. The review allows the identification of 32 standardised UX and usability questionnaires, and to know their nature, as well as their development, incorporation and the use that the questionnaires have had over the years.
