Abstract
The Polytechnic School of MU in line with its commitment to student-centred training and personalisation, throughout the academic year 2022-2023 launched a tutoring programme, within the framework of the HAZTEN programme. Although it was a pilot programme during this academic year, the EPS already had a track record in the implementation of student monitoring and feedback initiatives, but in this case, it was decided to design a more global programme that would contribute to the personal and professional growth of the students. Based on 3 key elements, the graduation profile, the individual and group tutoring sessions, and the student in the centre, the keys to this programme are presented below, as well as a preliminary assessment of the results so far, based on the perceptions of the activities that make up the programme and not.
