Abstract
The core ambition of the project is the development of anintegrated methodology that at a strategic level is intended totransform social housing districts into inclusive smartneighbourhoods. This methodology will serve as a basis forthe actions of constructive, energetic and digital updating ofthe neighbourhoods to improve the urban space, theaccessibility and the quality of life of all the inhabitants andto guarantee the connectivity of these neighbourhoods in allareas: physical, social and digital. It aims to promote socialinnovation and boost the local economy and with thatpurpose it adopts a human-centred approach, integratesinnovative technologies and explores the growth creationpotential of cultural and creative industries.
